C-Arm Trainer

CREST created a suite of training tools for percutaneous nephrolihotomy access that is now being used across the country for AUA Hands-On Courses.  

With direction from Dr. Arthur Smith, we created a tabletop C-Arm device that teaches the fundamentals of C-Arm guidance that produces a realistic experience but produces no damaging radiation to the user.

We also developed the accompanying models that represent a patient's flank with internal anatomy to train the "Bullseye Technique" of needle guidance.
